1. Introduction

Welcome to Platinum Clean. By accessing or using our cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Platinum Clean offers professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Routine cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Specialty cleaning services

Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location.

3. Booking & Cancellations

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is determined based on the type and scope of service requested.
  • Quotes are provided based on the initial information provided by the client and may be subject to change upon an in-person assessment.
  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 10% per week past the due date.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide a safe and accessible environment for our cleaning staff.
  • Valuables should be secured before the scheduled service. Platinum Clean is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
  • If hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, infestations) are present, we reserve the right to refuse service or adjust pricing accordingly.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.
  • Refunds are not provided, but we strive to resolve any concerns through additional cleaning.

7. Liability & Damages

  • Platinum Clean is insured and takes the utmost care in providing services.
  • If damages occur as a direct result of our cleaning services, we will assess and take appropriate measures.
  • Clients must report damages within 48 hours of the cleaning service.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Client information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
  • We use secure methods to process payments and protect your data.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Platinum Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • The working conditions are unsafe.
  • There is a history of missed payments.
  • The client engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior towards staff.

10. Amendments to Policy

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our official website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
