Crafted from years of experience in commercial cleaning, the Scope Detailer is designed to identify and capture all of our clients needs. This ensures a strong accountability to the cleaning tasks Platinum Clean commits to.

Once we have clearly defined the scope of your cleaning needs we are ready to provide a quote. Our quotes are easy to understand but detailed enough so there is no guesswork regarding the service that will be provided.

Approval and Scheduling

Once we have your approval to move forward we immediately start work on identifying the CleanPro team that is the best match to your needs. Our CleanPro’s use Platinum technology that allows them to have the cleaning tasks for your business loaded on their phones so they don’t miss a beat. They check off each completed task, order supplies, clock in and out, report issues, and communicate with office personnel, all from their phone.

Quality and Follow-up

Once service has started your Platinum office team will schedule recurring quality review meetings with you. These meetings generally occur monthly. During the meeting we ask you key questions that are designed to measure how we are doing in providing service. From these questions, we tabulate an overall quality score that we track over time. The quality review meeting gives you an opportunity to provide feedback to your Platinum team and so we can exceed expectations.
