Professional Standard Cleaning: This service is typically for customers who are participating in scheduled, recurring cleanings which can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Dependent on the condition of the home, office, or short-term rental, a professional deep cleaning may be required prior to starting a standard cleaning regimen. This is determined prior
to starting service.
Professional Deep Cleaning: This service includes all the tasks that are part of our professional standard cleaning as well as encompassing cabinet cleaning and degreasing (inside & outside), lime and calcium removal, cleaning the insides of appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher), ceiling fans, light fixtures, iron staining typically found in tubs and toilets, and much more.
Please note as part of this service, we do not perform bio-hazard cleaning, hoarding cleaning, carpet cleaning or restoration services. We do offer hoarding cleaning, carpet cleaning and restoration services separately for both residential and commercial clients.
Short-term Rentals: This service is designed for the owner or manager of a short-term rental. We can get you back up and running, ready for your next booking with our team of professionals taking care of your cleaning needs. This entails our Professional standard cleaning service plus we will change and wash sheets on all beds, wash and restock all towels, restock toiletries such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo, restock paper towels, dishwashing soap and more. This service requires a 3 month commitment.
Post-Construction Cleaning: This service provides the level of cleaning that we offer as part of our professional deep cleaning and addresses cleaning needs that are specific to post-construction in residential and commercial settings. Some of these specific cleaning needs are the removal of drywall and joint compound dust, sawdust, caulk, adhesives, paint splatter on hard surfaces, and more. We have found that the removal of drywall and joint compound dust requires more than one cleaning to fully remove it from the home or office.
Move-In/Move Out Cleaning (Make Ready): We work in teams of 1-2 for this category. You may choose how many hours you’d like to pay for or pay upon completion of the entire job. We have a 4 labor hour minimum for this category. If the job goes beyond 4 hours, the customer is billed at $40/hour for time required past 4 hours. This includes all of the items in the standard cleaning category + inside closets, cabinets and drawers throughout the home.
Business/Commercial Cleaning: This service focuses on cleaning office space, distribution centers and light industrial space. We typically provide all cleaning supplies but will adjust to the needs and desires of our customers. We’ll meet with you to determine your specific needs and desires and craft a free quote that outlines the details of the job. This service can be provided as recurring cleaning or a one-time cleaning.
Hoarding Cleaning: This will be done by quoting the specific job so that we can determine and estimate the amount of labor hours and effort needed. The safety of our employees is always important to us and with hoarding cleaning, we must be especially diligent in making sure the environment is safe.
Carpet Cleaning: This is a stand-alone service that we offer and will be quoted separately from our cleaning services.
Trash Out Services: Sometimes you have a big job that requires more than a professional standard cleaning or deep cleaning; A job that requires the removal of many personal items of a previous tenant for example. Things like couches, beds, dressers, T.V.s, other household furniture, clothing, desks, chairs, tables, etc. This may require a dumpster or dump trailer which we will arrange to have for the job. This service will be done by quoting the specific job so that we can determine and estimate the amount of labor hours and effort needed.
Restoration Services*: This is a separate service that we offer and will be quoted separately.
*At times, clients will desire us to go further than simply cleaning their home, office, rental, etc. Upon determining the scope of the restoration desired, we will determine whether or not we will take this job on.
